The Terms and Conditions apply to all areas of our website. By accessing this website, you are automatically agreeing to the terms and conditions described below, even if you do not make any purchases on it. If you do not agree and do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, we ask that you leave the website. Definition of terms
In these Terms and Conditions, "we" or "Triplace Games" means the Triplace Games store, the user or customer is referred to several times in the 3rd person, and "website" means our website located in the domain www. triplacegames.com.
registration
Registration is optional for users who want to make a purchase through our website. By registering on the website, you confirm that all personal information you have entered is true, up-to-date and accurate. You also warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you have the authority, power and ability to agree to these terms and conditions.
Always keep your personal information up to date, to do so just edit the information that is registered in the account settings (login required). Triplace Games cannot be held responsible when an order is not delivered, or is lost, due to a wrong or false delivery address provided by the customer. Your entire purchase history will be available for review for a period of 12 months, after which orders older than 12 months are removed from the customer's personal account history.

All prices shown on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate of 23%.
order processing
Your order for products constitutes an offer of a contract for the purchase/sale of goods and services. The contract will not be accepted by Triplace Games, unless we accept it in accordance with the procedures that we will describe below.
After the customer has placed the order and sent the payment, using one of the available payment methods, we will send an email confirming receipt of the order. This email does NOT constitute an acceptance of your order, it only serves as confirmation (from TRIPLACE to you) that the customer has placed an order using our website. TRIPLACE considers that the effective acceptance of the order and the execution of the purchase/sale contract between us and the customer, only happens when the material ordered is sent.
This agreement may be amended if:
1.We inform you that we cannot accept your order;
2.The customer canceled the order, in accordance with the instructions given in the section "Cancellation of contract - Policies & Procedures", of the general guide of the "Conditions of sale".
TRIPLACE may not accept your order if:
- Not having provided all the mandatory information we request, such as your real name, telephone number, email address, and/or others;
- You are under 18 years of age and therefore cannot legally enter into a binding contract;
- TRIPLACE realizes that there has been a price or description error on a product;
- The product you ordered is not available in stock and there is little chance that we will receive it again in the short term;
- We are unable to obtain authorization or confirmation of your payment;
- The delivery address is not covered by our carriers, unfortunately there are a small number of regions in the world where this can happen, usually areas that are politically unstable, or that have dubious customs.
Furthermore, TRIPLACE reserves the right to reject any order from a customer at any time.

delivery policy
We will ensure that the products are delivered to the destination address indicated on your order. Your personal information and address must be correct, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any merchandise that has been lost or not delivered. We will always try to deliver the material on, or before, the date indicated in our order confirmation, or if no date is indicated, within the time period shown in the "delivery deadlines" section of the general guide for Expeditions - Prices and General Information. However, as delivery is carried out by an external entity, we can never guarantee delivery on the stipulated dates.
If our shipping agents charge us an extra cost, due to a customer's failure to collect or arrange a new delivery schedule, for any goods sent by us to a customer, the customer accepts that we may charge them for these new delivery charges. . We also inform you that if we are asked to cancel/refund an order after a failed delivery attempt, the costs of the original delivery and subsequent return of the material will not be refunded to the customer.
If an order is shipped and you do not receive it, you must inform us within a reasonable period of time. This period will be 15 days for deliveries in the EU and 30 days for the rest of the world. After this time, we will follow our criteria regarding the resending of a new order.
Returning Wrong or Damaged Material - Policies & Procedures
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if a wrong item was sent due to our mistake, you must notify us (via the Contact Form or Email) within 7 working days of receiving the material. If the item is damaged/defective or has been sent by mistake, Triplace Games will bear the return costs. We will send you a replacement item within a maximum period of 10 working days after we have received the material.
Returned merchandise without an Authorized Product Return (DAP) will not be accepted. To request a DAP, you must indicate which item you wish to return, the original order number and the reason for the return, please use the Contact Form.
After the initial 7 working days as described above, all product warranty issues should be sent directly to the manufacturer of the product concerned, who will review your request and respond to you.
Contract Cancellation - Policies & Procedures
You may cancel the purchase/sale contract made with TRIPLACE, provided that this is done within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the material in question, this cancellation is subject to the following limitations described below.
Returned merchandise without an Authorized Product Return (DAP) will not be accepted. To request a DAP, you must indicate which item you wish to return, the original order number and the reason for return, please use the Contact Form on this website.
You can return any item within a maximum period of 14 days from the date you received the material in question, provided that it is sealed in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, and the only items that cannot be returned are magazines and books. When we receive the return, you will receive a full refund (including the cost of shipping the material to you), within a maximum period of 10 working days after we have received the material. We already inform you that the customer is responsible for paying the cost of transporting the material returned (if you return the material at our cost, we will debit you for these expenses).
refunds
If you return a product using a confirmed DAP, or cancel a contract before we send you any material, then you are entitled to a refund. As a rule, we will refund your money in the same way you paid us for your order. We will process the refund as soon as possible, or within a maximum period of 10 working days after we have received the material, or since your valid notice of cancellation (in cases where the contract was canceled before the material was sent).
